Warming Centers in Sauk Village

The forecast calls for below normal temperatures and extremely cold windchill factors for the next several days. Please check on your neighbors, particularly the elderly, disabled and persons with chronic health conditions and take every precaution to ensure their health and safety.

 

All Municipal buildings may be used as warming centers during normal business hours.

 

Village Hall     

21801 S. Torrence Avenue     

8 am - 5 pm Monday- Friday

 

Fire Station    

1804    222nd Street                

6 am - 6 pm Monday -Friday

 

Police Station 

21701 S. Torrence Avenue     

24 hours

 

Paesel Community Center behind the Police Station- space is available if needed and depending on available supervision.

Also, at issue is the great amount of snowfall and freezing temperatures. If anyone is interested in volunteering shoveling services for the elderly or disabled please contact me. Helping your neighbors is a great feeling and very much appreciated.
